My first thoughts arriving to Chiba, I thought about how clean everything was and how the people seemed so nice and friendly, the only thoughts running through me were: Wow everyone is in their own world and respectful. I personally loved the fact that everything was walkable and the different types of food they had them. I’ll miss the ice cream and the people the most when I leave. It is sad that we do not have this in America. Taking classes while abroad was interesting. The students were very nice; they have different ways of doing things than we do, especially when it comes to taking care of women with kids. There was not really a language barrier because everyone did know English as well, but it was interesting learning new words in Japanese. We did go to Tokyo Disney which I loved the rides and the activities were amazing, we also got to dress in Kimonos which were cool also and visited a nursery place which I also loved. I plan to return and visit there as well. I would recommend also exploring more of Shibuya and Osaka because those places were very interesting and had different kinds of things you could purchase. The train system was clean and easy to figure out, especially with people. I met new people along the way and would definitely recommend anyone to go to Japan and just expand your world to more than your own hometown. You never know who you will meet out there.
