Students Honors students in New Zealand will be immersed in an academically rigorous environment emphasizing collaborative learning in a multicultural and engaging atmosphere. This three-week course (3 honors credit hours) will primarily examine New Zealand’s largely successful and always evolving blending of European, Maori, European, Asian and Pacific Island immigrant cultures. We will engage with a variety of community leaders from various backgrounds and we will work through partnerships with international universities in New Zealand to focus on intercultural dynamics and how multiculturalism continues to play a strong role in policies, culture, business, education, government and everyday life.
