This trip has already been an unforgettable journey, and we’re only just getting started. Every day brings something new—new cities, new people, and best of all, new food. I’ve been doing my best to try everything, and so far, the standout has been an incredible German potato dish I had in Salzburg. It was warm, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—comfort food at its finest and bursting with local flavor. Honestly, I could eat it every day.
What’s made this trip even better is the people we’re meeting along the way. Locals, fellow travelers, even chefs and street vendors have helped make each stop feel welcoming. Last night was a highlight we’ll never forget: Spring Fest. Imagine hundreds of people packed into a giant tent, all singing, dancing, and standing on picnic tables. It was loud, joyful, and completely infectious. As soon as you walk through the door, it’s impossible not to smile. The energy in that space was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—just pure happiness shared by strangers who felt like old friends for the night.
Today we’re boarding a train to Prague, and I’m buzzing with anticipation. Munich was beautiful, and Salzburg was full of charm, but Prague feels like a new chapter waiting to be written. I can’t wait to explore the architecture, discover more local dishes, and make even more memories with my group.
Travel is teaching me that the world is full of wonder—if you’re willing to try something new and smile through the unexpected. More to come from Prague!
