Rome was so much fun despite the very little time we had here. We got to see the Vatican and the Colosseum in the same day. I will say this has been the longest day by far (we were up and moving around 6 am) and I’m just now getting back to our hotel at 10 pm. I think that everything we got to see today combined with the walking tour that was led by our instructors was so interesting. It was definitely more history packed than Florence but I love history so much so it was all worth it to me. My feet are probably extremely upset with me because I’ve walked about 14 miles but it was all worth it in the end because I got some shopping done! The shopping district here is very kind of reminiscent of what you would see in America which means and while there are some stores that I recognized like Brandy Melville, Zara, and Sephora, there were a lot of others that I didn’t recognize at all simply because we don’t have them in America. I wish we had more time here but I’m extremely happy with everything we got done so I think it was a successful trip!
