I can’t believe we only have 8 days left on this trip. It honestly still feels like the first week in way not entirely though because I’m almost a local lol. I’ve made friends with the men at the convenience store, I know where to find all my favorite American foods, including iced coffee. I’ve lost some weight and my skin has gotten clearer so honestly I don’t want to leave because I feel like Florence loves me just as much as I love it.I am very surprised that many Italian people actually speak English almost everywhere I go people speak English so I’ve had no issues with language barriers. As a matter of fact Italian restaurants and shops have a special way of making me feel at home.  I’ve made many new friends and I am so happy I got to come on this trip. It’s opened my eyes up to how high maintenance American living is. I can never imagine walking every where at home I’d probably get hit by a car. American cities are only walker friendly in certain areas. This trip has also made me appreciate luxury brands so much more. I wish I was rich so I could buy out the entire Gucci store. I honestly wish I could stay here longer and explore more of Italy its honestly one of the coolest places I have ever been in my entire life. We got to visit a showroom in Milan and I honestly have never seen more beautiful furniture. Italian design has always been ahead of its time that’s why the Italian Renaissance has influenced the entire world.
