Wow, we have accomplished a lot on this Study Abroad trip. The trip is coming to a close with only 4 days left. I am upset we will be leaving soon, but I am leaving with a bunch of new friends and great memories. We did more on this trip then I ever expected. We ended up going to Prague, Vienna, Paris, Dresden and Budapest. In each city, we saw the most popular attractions but we also saw unexpected neat things from walking around. I made a bunch of new friends on study abroad and we traveled to each city together. We ate a lot of different kinds of food, which was one of my favorite parts. I really like to try new things so I had a good time eating each country’s ethnic foods. Another thing I enjoyed was comparing the different cities and finding the similarities and differences between them. A lot of the cities we visited were similar in some aspects, like the buildings, but very different in other aspects, for example the culture. Stores and restaurants were always open in Prague, but in Vienna, almost all stores close by 6 pm. Another experience I will always remember was navigating each city with friends. There were some moments that we had no idea where we were going and we couldn’t find anyone to help who spoke English, but at the end of the day, these were the funniest moments. This study abroad experience will be one I will never forget.
