I had never been out of the country before, and of all of the trips I choose to take, I choose the one that requires 23 hours of airtime. I was extremely excited to visit Cambodia, to learn from their culture, and to provide medical aid to its people. The last time I had been on a plane was when I was 5 years old flying to Disney World. Now I was 21 flying across the globe, to another continent, to a place where English was not the native language.

The airport gave me anxiety, but everything went smoothly. Customs was a breeze. The flight attendants were sweet as pie. However during the long flight I became very angsty. I would recommend going to the doctor and getting prescribed Ambien.                                       IMG_0310
