Leaving to go to a foreign country not knowing a single person is thrilling and nerve racking but I couldn’t be more excited!! This whole preparation process has been pretty low key and the positive support from everyone has been a huge help! The only challenges I’ve faced during the packing phase are pretty typical: shopping for winter clothes in this hot summer is no fun, and realizing I can’t take my whole shoe closet is depressing. Since I made my decision to conquer the UK, I’ve been researching everything London. Although I have loved and really taken in all the advice and information I’ve collected, I realized that I can only learn on my own.
